Terms & Conditions

1. Hire Agreement

By hiring games from Ellis & Bea, you agree to the terms below. The hirer (you) is responsible for the safe use, return, and condition of the hired items.

2. Hire Period

The standard hire period is 24 hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment

Full payment is required before or upon delivery/collection. Bundle and individual hire prices are as advertised.

4. Delivery & Collection

• Delivery is available within Suffolk. Charges are based on location.
• Collection by the hirer is available by arrangement.
• Hirers must ensure safe and timely return of all items.

5. Care of Equipment

• Games must be used responsibly and only for their intended purpose.
• All items are showerproof but should not be left outside in severe weather.
• Lost or damaged items may be charged at replacement cost.

6. Liability

Ellis & Bea cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the use of hired games. Hirers are responsible for supervising use at all times.

7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds will be at Ellis & Bea’s discretion depending on notice period.
